Devean Toler, Ph.D

Founder & CEO

Devean has a breadth of experience designing, executing and managing data-driven client engagements. Her strategic thinking and analytic skills allow her to see the big picture while also drilling down to the minute details.

She recently served as the Operations & Analytics Manager at a start-up firm where she helped the CEO build their team, launch a virtual learning platform, secure new business, analyze client data and much more.

Devean completed her Ph.D. in Diversity and Equity in Education at the University of Illinois Urbana - Champaign. She also has a bachelor’s degree in advertising and public relations and a masters in educational leadership from Southern Methodist University.

She loves colorful sticky notes, organizing calendars and strategizing with clients.
